Our Story
Pretty Odd Wieners began in 2013 when Brian and Jill Main set out to build something of their own — a business rooted in hard work, bold flavor, and real connection to the community.
What started as a small food business quickly became a brand people remembered. From the beginning, the goal was never to be ordinary. Brian and Jill wanted to serve food that stood out — creative gourmet hot dogs, specialty sausages, and a menu full of personality. Every item was built around the same idea: great ingredients, big flavor, and quality people could taste.
As the years went on, Pretty Odd Wieners grew through consistency, word of mouth, and a lot of long days. It wasn't built overnight. It was built one event, one customer, and one return visit at a time. Brian and Jill put in the work to create more than just a food truck experience — they built a local brand that people trusted and enjoyed supporting.
That strong foundation led to the next chapter.
In 2026, Brian and Jill launched Pretty Odd Jerky, bringing the same flavor-first mindset into a premium jerky line. Pretty Odd Jerky was created as a natural extension of the brand — something people could take with them on the road, to the mountains, on the job, or anywhere life takes them. Inspired by the Sierra and Tahoe lifestyle, the jerky line is all about bold flavor, premium quality, and handcrafted character.
