Returns, Replacements & Shipping Policy

At Pretty Odd Wieners, we want you to love every order. Because we sell both food products and made-to-order apparel, our policy is split into two sections below.


1) Pretty Odd Jerky (Food Products)

Because of food safety and the perishable nature of our products, all Pretty Odd Jerky sales are final.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on jerky products (opened or unopened), but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Jerky Order Issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

How to Report a Jerky Issue

To help us review your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged item claims)

Approved Jerky Claims

If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following (at our discretion):

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Jerky Shipping Notes

While we do our best to get every order out quickly, once a package is with the carrier, shipping is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

We’re also not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed delivery, exposure to heat/cold, or improper handling after delivery by the carrier or customer.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


2) Apparel (Made-to-Order / Printful Fulfillment)

Our apparel is made to order, so returns work a little differently than standard retail items.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Apparel

If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of deliveryplease submit a problem report.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error by our fulfillment partner, it will be covered at no cost to you.

Lost Packages (Apparel)

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Reporting an Apparel Issue

If you notice any issue with your order or product, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review and help resolve it quickly.

Apparel Returns Sent Back

Returned apparel shipments are sent to the fulfillment partner’s return facility by default. When a return is received, an automatic email notification is sent.

Please note:

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days

  • If a different return address is used instead of the fulfillment facility, you may be responsible for any returned shipments sent there

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address (Apparel)

If you or your customer enters an address that the courier considers incomplete or incorrect, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility.

If that happens, we can usually reship the order after confirming the updated address, but reshipping costs will apply.

Unclaimed Apparel Shipments

If a shipment is not claimed and is returned to the fulfillment facility, reshipping costs will apply if you want it sent again.

If there is no active Printful account with a billing method on file, returned orders caused by:

  • an incorrect shipping address, or

  • a failure to claim the shipment

may not be eligible for reshipping and may be donated to charity without a refund.
