Some items in our store may be offered as subscription purchases. This policy explains how subscription cancellations and changes work at Pretty Odd Jerky.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you choose at checkout (for example, monthly).
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next renewal charge.

Important Subscription Notes

Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Changes or cancellations submitted after a renewal charge is processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause/cancel the subscription.
Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our Returns, Replacements & Shipping Policy.
Because our jerky products are food items, jerky subscription orders are final sale once processed, except for eligible issues such as:
